Domatac Housing currently offers two programs depending on the needs of tenants and their affiliations with various non-profit programs.

Affordable Housing Program

Domatac Housing offers affordable housing at market rate with reduced screening requirements for prospective tenants.

Requirements:

• Prospective tenants must be enrolled in Housing Connector. To do this, please email info@housingconnector.com and provide information about your housing situation and needs. 
• After acceptance into Housing Connector, email info@domatachousing.com for an application to a Domatac Housing property
• Move-In Cost: First months rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit.

Master Leasing Program

Domatac Housing partners with non-profits to master lease. This includes fully managed services including: 

• Weekly cleaning
• Internet setup and management
• Utility management
• Lawn service 
• Virtual Security 
• Maintenance
• Pest Control
• And More
